My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were clean and had a pull-out sofa bed, which was handy for our group of 4. However, we had an unexpected visit from security due to a noise complaint, even though we were just chatting calmly. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, but the dining options were limited and not very appealing.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were in great condition and pretty, plus they even included a refrigerator, although the big sliding doors felt a bit strange with a prison-like vibe. The service was mostly amazing and exceptionally friendly and helpful, with the only downside being one encounter at the bar/cafe. The location was excellent, allowing me to be close to The French Quarter without the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience wasn't exactly what I expected, but it was still good, especially with some complimentary perks. Overall, a comfortable and friendly place for a pleasant stay.
This hotel was a great value for what we received. The rooms were big, clean, and inviting, just like I remember from my college days when the budget was tight. The staff was excellent, and the friendliness added a special touch to the experience. However, there was an unfortunate incident where my room got mixed up, and I was charged $140 for parking.
